Pricing

Every feature, from day one. You only pay more when it works.

Everyone starts at $99 a month with the entire product. You move up a tier only when the kiosk is actually writing orders on your floor — and if it never does, you stay at $99 permanently.

The whole offer, in one line

If Stack Finder doesn't perform in your shop, you keep every feature at $99 a month, forever.

Not a 30-day trial. Not a money-back window that closes. A permanent floor, written into your agreement — because we'd rather carry the risk than ask you to.

How the tiers work

Same product. The only thing that changes is your volume.

Tiers are set by how many orders the kiosk creates on your register each month — a number you can see on your own dashboard any day you like. Your thresholds are agreed with you before you sign, against your shop's own baseline.

Past your first agreed threshold

The kiosk is reliably writing orders on your register.

Past your second

It's become a meaningful part of your floor.

Every feature included

Thresholds are written into your agreement, and you're told before a tier changes. Nothing is ever applied retroactively.

Included at every tier

There is no crippled version.

Feature-gating a $99 customer would guarantee the kiosk underperforms for them — and then we'd both conclude it doesn't work. So we don't do it.

Straight answers

Before you get on a call.

So the $99 plan really has everything?

Yes. Same kiosk, same pairing engine, same mobile ordering, same dashboard, same POS connect. A one-location shop on $99 runs the identical product a three-location operator runs.

What exactly counts as a kiosk order?

An order the kiosk itself created and parked on your register. It's our own record, and the same number shows on your dashboard — so you can see the bump coming and check our arithmetic.

Where are my thresholds set?

With you, before you sign, against your own shop's baseline — then written into the agreement. We don't apply a number picked for somebody else's floor, and we don't change it on you later.

What if it never takes off in my shop?

Then you stay at $99 a month, permanently, with every feature. That's in the contract, not a trial period. If we can't make it work for you, you shouldn't be paying us more.

Will I get surprise-billed?

No. You'll be told before a tier changes, you can see the order count yourself any day of the month, and the threshold is written into your agreement.

Do I buy the iPad and stand?

No. The iPad, the rotating stand, and the wrap are all included and maintained. There's no separate hardware invoice.

Is it per location or per company?

Per location, and each location is measured on its own volume. A busy flagship moving to Pro doesn't drag your quiet second shop up with it.

Fifteen minutes on your own inventory, and the only way your bill ever goes up is if it starts working.
