The lounge relationship doesn't end at your door.
The whole kiosk, on your guest's phone. Four tabs: find a cigar, see past orders, open your bar menu when they're actually sitting in it, and reorder anything they've had before.
Their phone becomes a second kiosk in every chair you own — and the bar tab only exists while they're inside your four walls. It's live now, and it's included at every plan level, including the $99 floor.
Four tabs, no download
Find, Orders, Bar, My Stack. It runs in the phone's browser — nothing from an app store, no password to invent.
Your whole bar, in their hand
Sitting in your lounge, they get the full drinks menu — every bottle that's open, at your pour price. Order goes to your bartender without anyone waving an arm.
Reorder from two tabs
Every cigar and drink they've had is saved. Friday's cigar is two taps away on Tuesday, from either their order history or their saved stack.
The four tabs, and what each one is for
FIND is the kiosk's engine on their phone — name a cigar they like, or take the same seven questions, and it scores your live inventory against the answer.
ORDERS is every ticket they've ever had at your lounge, itemised. Any line on any of them can be ordered again from the button beside it.
BAR is the one that changes the night. It only appears when they're physically inside your lounge, and it opens your entire drinks list — pours, cocktails, beer, wine — ordered straight from the chair.
MY STACK is the cigars they've saved and bought, with the same one-tap reorder.
Live now. Every claim on this page is running in production today — the one thing that isn't yet is shipping; see below.

Inside your lounge, and outside it
Inside, the phone is a second kiosk. Cigars park on your humidor register, drinks park on your bar register, and the guest gets a short pickup code — the same split your staff already sees from the kiosk itself.
Outside, it changes. A drink can't be ordered at all — that path disappears, because a drink your bartender pours for someone who isn't there is a problem, not a sale. A cigar can still be ordered, and it's held for them at your counter under a pickup code so it's waiting on their next visit.
Shipping is the one piece not built yet. When a guest is away, the app reserves at the counter rather than taking payment online — we'd rather it do one honest thing than pretend at two.
Reserved orders land on your humidor register tagged so staff know the customer isn't in the building yet.

The questions this always raises.
Is this a separate app to download?
No. It runs in the browser on their phone.
Which plan is it on?
All of them. Every feature is included at every tier — what changes is your volume, not your feature list.
Can they order drinks from home?
No — the Bar tab isn't hidden so much as absent when they're away, and the server checks the location again before it will park a drink. If location is switched off it refuses rather than guessing. A drink poured for someone who isn't in the room is a problem, not a sale.
What happens if they order a cigar from home?
It's reserved at your counter under a pickup code, and lands on your humidor register tagged so staff know the guest isn't in the building yet. No card is taken online.
Does it ship?
Not yet — that's the one part of this page that isn't built. Away from the lounge it reserves for pickup instead. We'd rather tell you that than let you find out from a customer.
It works with the rest of it.
See it on your own inventory.
Fifteen minutes, your cigars in the kiosk, and an honest answer about whether it fits your shop.
